ATM
ATMs are located just inside the gates in both the Upper East and Upper West Plazas as well as in the Nalley Cars VIP Club.

Concessions
A fine assortment of food and beverages are available for purchase on the entry-level deck during most ticketed events. 

A valid photo ID is required to purchase beer & wine; we have a zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking - our uniformed police officers will be happy to explain the consequences to you.

Guest Services
For your convenience, Guest Services are located at the ticket office at the main entry gate. Here you will be able to speak with a staff member, report a lost or found item, or seek medical assistance.

Handicap Accessible
Handicapped and wheelchair parking is available on the upper entry-level platform near the VIP Catering Area.

Medical Attention
The First Aid Station is located at Guest Services, just inside the Main Gate.

Lost & Found
Items are brought to both Guest Services Booths. After the show, they are secured in our administrative offices, (423) 855-5750. Guests must provide a description of the article, along with your name and contact information. Items will be kept for 30 days and then donated to charity.

No Ins and Outs
For security reasons, re-entry or re-admission is generally not allowed.

Parking
During most events, parking is free and on a first-come, first-parked basis; there is no reserved parking.  Certain special events may offer reserved, VIP or valet services; consult individual event listings for more information.

Restrooms
Restrooms are on located on the Entry Level.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any reserved seating area or on the lawn; Benton Place Campus is a smoke-free zone.

Taxi Service
Taxi service is available Guest Services upon request.
